Shipping policy

For HADZEE Energy Strips.

U.S. shipping is $8.99 per order for one or two tins and FREE for orders of three or more tins. These rates apply to one-time orders and each scheduled delivery of the selected subscription bundle. Shipping charges for other products are shown at checkout.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We’ll always do our best to help if an issue occurs.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.
